Today's Mantra
I find strength in knowing my story connects me to every person who came before.
Reflection Question
What struggle are you carrying right now that feels entirely your own — something no one else could possibly understand? Now consider: who in your life, or in history, has faced something that rhymes with it? What does it do to the weight of the struggle when you realize you are not the first person to have survived it?
Application Tip
This week, when something feels overwhelming or isolating, try naming the story underneath it in the simplest terms possible: loss, belonging, starting over, proving yourself, letting go. Then think of one person — real, historical, or fictional — who faced that same story and came through it. You are not borrowing their outcome. You are borrowing the evidence that the story can be survived, and that is enough to take the next step.
